Review: Coastal Scents Neutral Palette

I love love love this palette! I will try and do various EOTD color combinations with it in the next few weeks. I have numbered the palette and will refer to these numbers in the "Items used" section.

Some of the lighter colors are sheer. The darker ones are way more pigmented. I highly recommend using a base such as MAC paints, or MAC paint pots to make the colors stand out. The base also helps the colors stick on better and the makeup lasts through out the day. My favorite bases are MAC Untitled paint, MAC Rubenesque paint pot and MAC Layin Low (LE) paint pot.
